英文摘要: The Wenker reaction is an efficient and practical method for the synthesis of NH-aziridines from vicinal amino alcohols. However, some limitation in the application has been reported. The scope and limitation of the Wenker reaction were investigated with a series of structurally diverse and representative vicinal amino alcohols.
