AbstractThe dispersed fluorescence spectra of Pb-2 dimer were recorded from the excitation of Ar+ laser in HPOR. By the detailed spectroscopic analysis for this well-resolved fluorescence spectra, the ground state of Pb-2 molecule and one of its electronically excited state were assigned preliminarily to be X-1 Sigma(+)(g) and (FHu)-H-1 state respectively.
