英文摘要: Co-based catalysts 15%Co/AC1 and 15%Co/AC2 supported on activated carbon from coconut shell (AC1) and almond shell (AC2) were prepared by the vacuum impregnation method, and their catalytic performance was tested by CO hydrogenation. The results showed that the two carbon carriers had similar porous texture but different types and amounts of surface oxygen-containing groups, which influenced Co phases profoundly and led to different performance of the catalysts. The activity and selectivity of 15%Co/AC1 changed greatly by doping K and Zr. Under the reaction conditions of 3.0 MPa, 495 K, H(2)/CO (V/V) = 2, and GHSV = 500 h(-1), the selectivity for C(1)-C(18) alcohols over 15%Co/AC1 and 15%Co/AC2 were 20.6% and 9.6%, respectively. Under the same conditions except that GHSV = 1500 h-1, CO conversion and alcohol selectivity over 15%Co-0.01%K-2%Zr/AC1 were 28.0% and 34.3%, respectively. The liquid product contained 60.9% of alcohols, and the concentration of C(6)-C(18) alcohols was 20.6%.
