英文摘要A double-layer catalyst, containing a NiZrO catalyst for propane oxidative dehydrogenation and a Mo-based mixed metal oxide catalyst for propylene selective oxidation, was applied to propane selective oxidation to acrylic acid. The composition of the combined catalyst was first adjusted. When the mass ratio of the two components was 1:1, a maximum acrylic acid yield was achieved. The effects of reaction conditions were studied, including temperature, space velocity, V(C(3)H(8))/V(O(2)) ratio, and N(2) content. Based on the use of an O(2)-distributor, the stability test was carried out. During 30 h operation at 340 degrees C, propane conversion and acrylic acid selectivity remained at similar to 20% and similar to 74%, respectively.
