英文摘要: A novel method coupled ultrafiltration membrane with TiO2 was developed to remove large amount high-molecular weight compounds and enrich endogenous phosphopeptides in serum. The enriched endogenous serum phosphopeptides were characterized by nano ultra-high pressure liquid chromatography-quadrupole-time of flight MS ( nano UPLC-Q-TOF MS). Up to 18 endogenous phosphopeptides could be successfully identified from the serum of lung cancer. The sensitivity and efficiency of serum phosphopeptides detection was improved by this established method, which might be contributed to novel tumor biomarker discovery.
