Abstract本发明公开了一种基于SnO2/碳纳米管的锂离子电池负极材料及其制备方法,该制备方法利用碳纳米管管腔的限域效应,获得了高分散的SnO2纳米粒子,解决了SnO2在充放电过程中体积膨胀造成电池性能下降的问题,同时弯曲的石墨平面包围的SnO2体系提供了很好的导电性能,从而使SnO2/碳纳米管复合材料显示出优异的比容量、循环和倍率稳定性。具体地说,该方法通过调控处理温度、溶液pH、各组分的添加顺序等来控制锡前驱体的水解速度和溶剂的蒸发速度,从而达到选择性担载到管腔内、外的目的。所获得材料,不仅可应用于锂离子电池负极,而且适用于超级电容器、化学传感器及SnO2催化的异相催化反应等领域。
