Abstract本发明公开了一种荧光碳量子点(Carbon?dots简称CDs)的制备方法和应用,以甲酸和牛血清白蛋白(BSA)为原料,BSA的氨基与甲酸的醛基的摩尔比为1:1,水热法合成,首先甲酸的醛基与BSA的氨基缩合生成碳氮双键,生成的具有碳氮双键的聚合物自身反应生成碳点,然后用水系膜和葡聚糖G-25凝胶柱分离纯化。该方法制备的碳点粒径小,光稳定性好,激发和发射光谱范围宽,荧光量子产率高,解决了现阶段碳点的量子产率普遍较低的现状。合成的碳点毒性低,生物友好,能成功应用于生物细胞成像。
