Other AbstractProvided are a xylosidase Xyl_S, encoding gene and application thereof. The amino acid sequence of the xylosidase is represented by SEQ ID NO.2, and nucleotide encoding sequence thereof is represented by SEQ ID NO.1. The xylosidase has double activity of β-xylose glycoside hydrolase and β-glucosidase, and can hydrolyze corresponding xylose glycoside bonds and glucosidic bonds specifically. | 一种木糖苷酶Xyl_S及其编码基因与应用,该木糖苷酶的氨基酸序列如SEQ?ID?NO.2所示,其核苷酸编码序列如SEQ?ID?NO.1所示。该酶可以采用基因工程方法或者人工合成方法制备,具有β-木糖苷水解酶和β-葡萄糖苷酶双重活性,可以特异性地水解相应的木糖苷键和葡萄糖苷键,可广泛用于化工、食品、生物能源、医药工业方面等应用领域。
