Also provided is an application of the strain, and the strain is used to prepare aglycon of glycoside. | 一种纤维化纤维微细菌菌株及其应用,该菌株为纤维化纤维微细菌(Cellulosimicrobium?cellulans)菌株F16,保藏号为CCTCC?M2013201,保藏日期为2013年5月;该菌株F16或其发酵产生的水解酶,将含木糖苷键和葡糖苷键的化合物水解,得到的产物是相应的苷元,也可以是在制备相应苷元的过程中所产生的中间体化合物。
