英文摘要: The low frequency vibration spectrum of ionic solutions contains information of various dynamical behaviors. Combination of theoretical modeling and experimental spectrum can reveal important mechanism on the interaction between ions and water molecules. In this manuscript, our recent efforts on properly modeling and analyzing the low frequency vibrational spectra of the ionic solutions, mainly dielectric relaxation spectroscopy and optical Kerr effect, are reviewed. Issues in current theoretical simulation and concerns for further investigations are also addressed. (c) 2014 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
