英文摘要: The trichloroacetimidate is disclosed to be a general and efficient protective group for alcohols, which can be deprotected under mild acidic, basic, or neutral conditions, and has orthogonal stability with the acetate and tert-butyldimethylsilyl (TBS) protections.
